SUMMARY:Holy Fire® Reiki I & II Training
DESCRIPTION:Facilitated by Shekinah Dawn & Jennifer Henry \nReiki is a beautiful life-force energy given to us as a gift to renew and heal ourselves as well has help others. In this two-day class\, you will be attuned to Reiki energy\, connecting you to this incredible source of love. You will be opened to the flow of Reiki enabling you to channel its energy to others and yourself. You will be taught how to allow this divine gift to come from the light above\, through your heart\, and out your hands. \nThis training is one of the most thorough and comprehensive available. It includes both Reiki I & II and is a combination of the Western style as introduced by Mrs. Takata and other energy medicine practices. On completion of the class\, as a Reiki II practitioner\, you will be able to give Reiki treatments to yourself and others. \nThis workshop includes Holy Fire Reiki I & Reiki II attunements certificates\, the complete manual for Reiki I & II\, and the ability to subscribe to the Reiki.org. The class is a combination of lecture\, discussion\, demonstration and practice time. Each student experiences giving and receiving a complete treatment using Byosen scanning and the hand placement system. Practice time is given using all the Reiki II symbols as well as the techniques mentioned above. \nIn this workshop you will learn:\n\nThe nature of Reiki energy\nThe Reiki Ideals\nThe complete hand placement system\nGiving Reiki to yourself\nGassho meditation\nByosen Scanning: Using the sensitivity in the hands to locate areas needing healing\, (usually in the aura) and to treat them\nReiji-Ho: Using inner guidance to know how and where to treat\nKenyoku: Dry bathing\, a method to purify your energy field\nKoki-ho: Using the breath to heal\nGyoshi-ho: Sending Reiki with the eyes\nSending Reiki at a distance\nReiki II symbols: How to draw\, activate and use them. Their many uses are explained and their inner meaning is discussed.\nPractice time is given so students know from experience how the energy of each symbols feels and the results each symbol produces.\nAttunements for Reiki I and II are given\nUnderstanding of Chakras\nHow to clear the energy of your work or home space.\nQi-Gong movement practices.\nMany other energy medicine techniques.\n\nPreparing for the Weekend\nBefore attending the Level I class there are a few basic things to do to be prepared for a great weekend. The below guidelines will allow you to received the attunements in a more conscious manner. They are guidelines and not judgments. So we ask that you check in with your intuition and body and follow that over the suggestions below. \n\nNo alcohol or any form of drug at least 48 hours before class. (These substances are known to hinder the flow of energy in the body as it creates density.)\nAvoid\, junk food\, sugar\, processed meats at least a week before class. (Highly Processed foods takes more energy to digest and depletes you of vital energy needed for this class.)\nAvoid red meat at least 24 hours before class. (It would be ideal if you can avoid meat all together for at least 24 hours before class.)\nIf possible meditate each day for a week before class.\nWalk in Nature in silence.\nAvoid coffee or caffeine.\nEat fresh fruits\, light and simple meals. Organic if possible.\nGive yourself plenty of time on Friday to avoid any stress in getting to the retreat center.\nCome with an open mind and open heart.\nBring a journal\nBring your favorite medicine tool. Please no dark objects. (If you don’t know what a dark object is you are good.)\n\nLogistics\nCost: $111 for Reiki I\, $222 for Reiki II certifications\, $333 for both. \nI ask for a non-refundable deposit of $111.
